Whiteley

Whiteley primarily was developed in the 1980s, it has a residential area of modern properties and these vary from starter homes to large individual residences such as the Skylark Estate adjacent to the golf course; there is also a large industrial estate and the Whiteley shopping centre which was redeveloped and re-opened in May 2013.

The area is very popular as has easy access on to the M27 and the new shopping centre has many restaurants and retail shops including Marks and Spencer and Tesco. Residential development of this area continues to this day.
