I was helping my son to find an apartment to let and came across Brambles. I had contacted many other letting agents in the area, and Brambles stood out as being the best in so many ways. Right from the very start, from my initial enquiry right through to the signing of my son's tenancy, I felt very valued, important, and so very well looked after. Megan looked after us, and she went out of her way to ensure that we were kept informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it didn't matter how many times I emailed or called with questions or just for any updates. Megan was always there to help and reassure us. Always reminding us that we could call anytime. She was wonderful, and if anyone ever needs a letting agent, then I would recommend you go to Brambles, as they will make the whole experience of finding somewhere to live a pleasure.
