Joining the family business in 2012, Ryan has worked in every aspect of the business including both lettings and sales. In 2021 he began to manage the Bursledon branch and is very proud of running the top selling branch in the SO31 area for the last two years in a row. Having lived in the area since the age of 5 Ryan can offer a wealth of local knowledge, most importantly the best pubs to attend! The recent addition of his dog Chester the red fox Labrador in the office has completed his dream team in the Bursledon branch!

Having spent a few years working for a local estate agency firm previously; Kate started her journey with Brambles in August 2022. While excelling in the Bursledon office, she provides a friendly but professional approach to really go above and beyond in the hope that it makes buying and selling just that little bit easier for anyone thinking of moving. Kate is proactive and knowledgeable when it comes to the market and enjoys getting to know each and every one of her applicants to enable her to find their perfect home. Kate's competitive sporting background allows her to match these skills to the current workplace after spending several years riding racehorses for a renowned trainer in the UK. In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with friends and looking for her next travel destination.

Paul currently lives in Warsash, prior to this he lived in Bursledon for 20 years and has worked in estate agency for over thirty years, he is also a keen sailor...

Kathryn opened Brambles Estate Agents, Bursledon in 2003 after having worked in the London property market for several years, for both independent and companies. During this time, she worked for one of the largest estate agency chains and managed their Distinctive and Country Homes department covering South London and Kent. After re-locating to the South Coast in 2002 Kathryn was keen to utilise her expertise and knowledge of the property market in the local area of Bursledon, Hamble and Netley. Kathryn is extremely proud of what Brambles Estate Agents has achieved and in particular the amount of recommendations and referrals she receives for new business from previous satisfied customers. Originally having had a background in theatre and television, Kathryn enjoys going to the theatre, whether locally or London and whenever she can fit visits in around watching her youngest son play football!

Megan has worked at Brambles since November 2021 having started her estate agency career in 2010 working for other agents in the local area, working in both Sales and Lettings. Settling on Lettings as her point of expertise. Megan is always up to date in respect to new law legislations, making sure all her landlords properties are compliant and prides herself on finding the right tenant for her Landlords. Megan is qualified to level 3 letting and property management and level 3 sales and is accredited member of PropertyMark.

James has been with Brambles Estate Agents for 12 months and comes from a Marine Industry sales background, via the F1 motorsports Industry. He prides himself on outstanding customer services and is very much a team player. He makes the customer very relaxed in making one of the biggest decisions anyone is ever likely to make in buying a home and feels they should be doing it with a smile on their face. James's roots in the SO31 area date back over 200 years and he grew up on the very road our Warsash office is based. He has great local knowledge and is happy to discuss this with people moving into the area or locals alike.

Sue joined the team in 2020. She particularly enjoys matching clients with their dream homes and has a great interest in and knowledge of the local area where she has lived for the majority of her life. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the riverside walks with her 5 dogs, reading watching tennis and keeping an eye on the property market all whilst eating cake!
