Paul Smith - Director

Paul currently lives in Warsash; prior to this he lived in Bursledon for 20 years and has worked in estate agency for over thirty years; he is also a keen sailor. His initial career led to him treading the boards. Initially having trained at the Royal Ballet school and then subsequently performing with the Royal and Festival Ballet Companies at the Royal Opera House, London Coliseum and Festival hall. Paul subsequently moved in to commercial entertainment and this led to a period in artist management, covering the West End, TV and film. He has lived in Italy and South Africa.

Having always had a keen interest in property, in the late 1980’s and in his late 20’s he moved in to real estate in London. Having experienced a variety of varying market conditions over the years, he takes pride in providing a professional, yet personal service to all his clients and customers.
